In 2017, 50 years after the death of the great Totò (1967), the “A Livella” project was born in collaboration with the De Curtis family, to celebrate the unforgettable legacy of a pop and transversal figure of Italian culture, and bring table a smile. Totò Bianco is the blend of Greco and Fiano, to tell the complexity of the character, aristocratic and popular, always divided, in the many masks that still amuse us today and make us reflect, between a laugh and a tear. The nose is elegant and fresh, and in the mouth it retains the great structure that makes it ideal for contrasting strong flavors, try it on the legendary buffalo mozzarella or on the Neapolitan “Gattò” with potatoes.
