The Akènta Cuvée 71 Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is a refined still white wine made from carefully selected Vermentino grapes. Grown on limestone soils with constant exposure to Mediterranean sea breezes, it delivers freshness, elegance and a distinctive saline character. As a result, it perfectly reflects the coastal vineyards of northern Sardinia.
Why Choose Akènta Cuvée 71 Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their delicate aromas before being gently cooled and pressed. Furthermore, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless steel tanks.
The wine then spends 8 months on its fine lees, gaining texture and complexity while maintaining freshness. Finally, it rests in bottle before release. Therefore, every bottle offers excellent balance together with remarkable purity of fruit.

Maturation: Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for approximately 15 days, followed by 8 months on the fine lees in stainless steel and 1–2 months of bottle ageing before release.
