Vitese Sauvignon Blanc

Vitese Sauvignon Blanc is an organic and vegan wine.

It is Straw yellow with green hues. Hints of white peach, elderflower, wild sage and passion fruit can be perceived. A fresh and fruity union which develops into a pleasant sapid smoothness. Excellent as an aperitif and superbly accompanies asparagus, vegetable soups as well as marinated fish.

The variety is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are delicately de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. They are later softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified through settling. The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
