In 2017, 50 years after the death of the great Totò (1967), the “A Livella” project was born in collaboration with the De Curtis family, to celebrate the unforgettable legacy of a pop and transversal figure of Italian culture, and bring table a smile. Totò Rosso is the blend of Casavecchia and Piedirosso, to tell the complexity of the character, aristocratic and popular, always divided, in the many masks that still amuse us today and make us think, between a laugh and a tear. The nose is decisive, intense and in the mouth it surprises with its balance between soft tannins and fruit. Also in this case the large structure makes it ideal for contrasting strong flavours, try it on the classic Neapolitan ragout and paccheri.
