The word of the oenologist
This wine presents us with a pretty golden hue supported by a subtle effervescence. Its nose is of a beautiful originality: it blossoms elegantly with aeration in toasted-vanilla, beeswax and white flowers. The tasting is structured, fine, balanced and of a good length.
Carried out with precaution and know-how, aging in oak barrels can exalt a champagne by bringing complexity and finesse. After selecting young and older wooden barrels from high quality coopers, we blend wines aged for several months in oak barrels with wines aged in vats.
The goal: to obtain pleasant woody and vanilla notes that do not mask the elegant fruitiness of our Chardonnay.
