TRAINING SYSTEM:	Espalier.
PRODUCTION PER HECTARE:	80 tons.
HARVEST METHOD:	Manual in 20 kg crates.
PRIMARY FERMENTATION:	25 days of prolonged maceration in steel containers.
MATURING & AGING:	In American and French oak barrels of first use for 24 months, 12 months in barrels and in steel containers for 3 months, aging in bottles for 24 months.
CHARACTERISTIC NOTES:	Intense ruby red color, the nose expresses territoriality with balsamic, fruity and spicy notes. On the palate it is structured, intense and robust.
AVAILABILITY:	Produced in a limited and numbered edition.
