It is a co-fermentation in barrels with 67% Malbec and 33% Petit Verdot, from Chacayes. opaque. After many tests, we found different strains and decided on the Petit Verdot as the ideal, because it gives it length on the palate and blueberry, which is complemented by the black fruit found in the Malbec .
