- GRAPE VARIETY:Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah.
- TERRITORY:Vines on hillsides protected from the Mistral, cultivated at an altitude of 300 m in the Drôme department on stony marl soil. Plain vines in the Gard of Provence on essentially sandy soils.
- WINEMAKING AND AGING:Vinification: fermentation for 15 to 18 days with regular pumping over and unloading. Mourvèdre aged in barrels brings a subtle and complex touch.
- TASTING NOTES:Beautiful Côtes du Rhône with all its typicity, perfectly combining structure and softness. With a beautiful garnet red color, it has a nose of red fruits and cherry highlighted by pretty notes of liquorice and pepper. The palate offers a beautiful structure and fine, silky tannins.
- TASTING TIPS:A wine ready to drink and which will wait 1 to 2 years. Serve at 15°-16°.
- FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:Ideal with grilled meats or a nice goat cheese platter.
