A special Champagne in the history of Joseph Perrier. On the family’s Pinot Noir plot in Cumières, ‘La Chèvre’, a red wine is made that perfects the blend and gives it a unique personality. Light, fresh and fruity, with a slightly minty finish.

Made from 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier.
