Vitese Nero D’Avola is a organic and vegan wine.
It is intense ruby redwith a bouquet Very fruity with scents of red berries (cherry, blackberry), fragrant, mineral (graphite), spicy. In the mouth it presents a perfect balance of tannins and acidity, profound taste of great extent and structure, elevated smoothness. Intense, persistent and fine. Pairs well with aperitifs, mature cheese and Ragusano DOP, cold cuts, maialino from the Nebrodi mountains, white and red meats.
The variety is 100% Nero D’Avola. The harvest is hand picked using small crates of 20kg between the end of August and the first days of September. The maceration of the skins takes place at low temperatures for two days to extract the sweet tannin and delicate color. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 20°C for circa 12 days.
