Originally from Burgundy and almost disappeared a century ago (apart from a few villages including Saint-Hippolyte where some of our plots are located), today reintroduced throughout Alsace.
Produced in the Alsatian style, fresher and more fruitful than Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, thanks to a maceration of one week on average before pressing.

Description

2019 made it possible to obtain healthy and aromatic grapes. The tannins are supple, the nose pleasant and fragrant, the palate fresh and on the fruit.
