HARVEST METHOD:	Manual.
PRIMARY FERMENTATION:	Soft pressing, fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
MATURING & AGING:	In steel containers, bottle aging.
CHARACTERISTIC NOTES:	Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it opens to the nose with floral and ripe fruit scents, on the palate it is full, intense and consistent, while maintaining freshness and flavor.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE:	10/12° C.
PAIRINGS:	It goes well with shellfish, appetizers and tasty fish dishes.
