A good selection from exclusive vineyards noted for freshness and concentration after an early morning hand harvest. Fermentation (max 25oC) in small inox tanks with pumping over five times a day and a 14 day maceration. Ageing in French and American oak barrels for 4-6 years in search of a full integration of the wine and the oak. Fined in concrete tanks for various months.

Terroir

Great Selection of grapes of our vineyards of Rioja del Reyno in Azagra and San Adrián, complemented with Grenaches from high areas of Yerga in Aldeanueva de Ebro. The vineyards are older than 50 years old in bush and located on slopes with south expire in clay-calcareous soils (predominant in the area) with blocks of plaster.
