A word from the oenologist
This champagne reveals a crystalline pale yellow color, accompanied by a lovely effervescence of light bubbles giving way to a fine persistent bead.
The elegant and complex nose opens with a palette of varied nuances: acacia honey mixes with candied lemon zest, white currant jelly, chalk and slightly mentholated notes.
The mouth is chiseled and tense, all in delicacy and elegance. We find notes of citrus and white fruits present on the nose.
