Blu – Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC

This is the Vermentino that rises from the sea, the expression of a territory which acquires salinity and freshness from the sea.

Colour: pale straw-yellow with soft hints of green. Bouquet: its winy aroma is well-balanced, delicate though distinct, with a fresh fragrance reminiscent of ripe apples.
Flavour: it has a harmonious taste, dry but not harsh, crisp and rather lively, with an almond aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions: ideal accompaniment for fish dishes, especially shellfish.
Serving Temperature: 10°C – 12°C
Alcoholic Content: 13% – 13,5% vol.
