Vitese Chardonnay

Vitese Chardonnay is an organic and vegan wine.

It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Decisive scents of fresh fruit and floral notes are present on the nose. Harmonious and balanced, with pleasant viscosity that balances the delicate acidity. Pairs well with raw fish starters and white meats.

The variety is 100% Chardonnay. Winemaking takes place in partial protection from the air (semi reduction); the must obtained from soft pressing is decanted and clarified naturally. The fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature (16°C) for ten days in stainless steel.
