The poor and arid flint clay terroir of the P’tit Bannon Desert, gives the Pinot Noir grape a complex nose of roasted spices, liquorice and good aromatic persistence on the palate with stewed black fruits such as blackcurrant and Blackberry. The tannins are silky and the material is delicate with a long and harmonious finish.
Food and wine pairing: this red Sancerre will require a full-bodied and spicy cuisine. Serve it with a piece of beef, marinated or braised meat
