Originally from Burgundy and almost disappeared a century ago (apart from a few villages including Saint-Hippolyte where some of our plots are located), today reintroduced throughout Alsace.
Produced in the Alsatian style, fresher and more fruitful than Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, thanks to a maceration of one week on average before pressing.
