Winemaker’s Notes
Harvesting is done by hand, followed by grape sorting before the grapes were put into the same fermenter after which co-fermentation took place. After malolactic fermentation took place naturally, the wines were aged in third, fourth, and fifth-fill French oak barrels for 8 months. After racking and filtration, the wine was bottled in October 2022.
