Dense garnet red. The fragrant fresco is elegant, with brushstrokes of dark cherry, plum, aromatic herbs combined with dark chocolate, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, tobacco and licorice root. Velvety taste enhanced by silky tannin; perfect balance, fine finish. Pappardelle with hare sauce.
