- VINIFICATION AND AGEING:Traditional vinification with vatting for 3 weeks, at an average temperature of 28°C, then aging in vats until bottling. A slight aging in the woods brings a note of complexity.
- TASTING NOTES:At the tasting, beautiful deep ruby red color, with purplish reflections. Elegant nose marked by red and black fruits, spices and scents of garrigue. Round and concentrated mouth, balanced, with notes of liquorice and vanilla. Dense and colorful wine that can wait a few years.
- TASTING TIPS:This wine can be drunk at 16-17°C and can be kept for 2 to 4 years.
- FOOD-WINE PAIRING:It will go perfectly with a gourmet salad, duck breast, veal or stuffed vegetables.
