Chateau Tertre de Courban Bordeaux Blanc a dry white wine from the blend of 65% Sauvignon, 20% Sémillon and 15% Muscadelle, mechanically harvested. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks on the lees.
Color: bright greenish yellow.
Smell: fresh, rich with passion fruit, mango and lemon aromas.
Taste: elegant, very aromatic and persistent, with good structure and roundness.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
Gastronomic pairings: enjoyed as an aperitif and with seafood.
