Tasting
Intense yellow color with golden hues to the eye. Fresh nose with notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and white flowers. On the palate, it has very good acidity, is slightly oily and ample with good weight on the palate. A brief time in oak gives it complex notes of dried fruits.
Harvest year
La Niña resulted in scarce rainfall and a cool spring that delayed bud break. Heatwaves and an extremely warm February accelerated sugar accumulation and grape development, harvested nearly 20 days earlier. Despite this, grapes maintained quality with notable freshness and acidity, aided by day-night temperature variation. Precise coordination between viticulture and winemaking, ensured an optimal harvest with elegant and lively wines.
