A vintage full of delicacy and elegance…
Witnesses of a harvest, the vintages praise years that we consider exceptional. 2008 is one of those memorable years and offers us an elegant and complex Extra Brut champagne. It is illustrated by its minerality, is distinguished by its magnificent expression of the Kimmeridgian terroir
The word of the oenologist
This champagne reveals a crystalline pale yellow color, accompanied by a pretty effervescence of light bubbles giving way to a fine persistent cordon.
The elegant and complex nose opens with a palette of varied nuances: acacia honey blends with candied lemon zest, white currant jelly, chalk and slightly minty notes.
The palate is chiselled and tense, all in delicacy and elegance. We find the notes of citrus fruits and white fruits present on the nose.
