A deliberately extra brut champagne
Not only does our Extra Brut contain less sugar, but it is also a completely original wine. Designed from the outset for gastronomy, we have created a powerful, yet delicate, and incredibly refreshing champagne with a generous flavor that will excite your palate to the point of dreams.
Our Extra Brut stems from a desire affirmed from its conception: to create a unique style from complex and measured blends with the end result being a champagne that requires little added sugar.
Using Pinot Noir only, we test and of course we taste, before adding tiny quantities of sugar using a fine pipette until we achieve perfect harmony.
A word from the oenologist
This white gold colored champagne shows a beautiful color with a pretty cord, a beautiful effervescence. The nose is floral with notes of peonies and white fruits such as mirabelle plum and white peach.
In the mouth, a beautiful attack, a silky, caressing foam. A nice length. A fluid, elegant, harmonious vintage, with final notes of anise and liquorice.
