Winemaking:
The grapes are rigorously hand-picked and gently pressed. After 24–48 hours of static decantation, slow fermentation takes place at a temperature between 10° and 15°C. The fine lees are periodically suspended. Aged in bottle.

Yellow fruit, citrus and ginger are the prevailing notes
In the mouth:
Dry, clean, with a balanced acidity that makes it fresh.
Pairing:
Seafood, seasoned vegetables, first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses.
