The most distinguished among the Custozas of Monte del Frà: the Bonomo Sexaginta grapes sprout on a vineyard cultivated on highly mineral moraine soil. It is the result of a long experimental process that helped us to determine which barrels and timeframes are required to find the perfect blend of the Garganega, the Bianca Fernanda, and the Trebbiano Toscano. The aging in the barrel is fundamental to emphasize the grapes’ outstanding qualities leading to a luxurious, complex, and intellectual wine for table hedonists.
