Avgvstvs Antigues Reserves Chardonnay is the fruit of years of perfection in the production of Chardonnay. A meticulous elaboration and a long aging in the bottle make this wine become a unique wine: more complex, elegant and silky. Straw yellow in color, complex nose dominated by hints of lactic acid and dried fruit and a noble and silky mouth.
Wine of very limited production designed to surprise.
WINEMAKING
Harvested between August 17 and 26. After being pressed, alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and lees aging took place in 300L French oak barrels for 4 months. Once out of the barrel, the wine is clarif ied, filtered and bottled. Inside the bottle it’s aged more than 7 years before going on the market.
TEMPERATURE OF SERVICE: We recommend serving it at a temperature between 8 – 10°C.
