Vinification – Each plot is vinified separately in order to best respect the characteristics of the terroir. After the alcoholic fermentation we carry out a post-fermentation maceration at 28°C, for a period of approximately 15 days to extract the fruit and obtain a wine with good structure while retaining roundness.
Aging – Aging in French oak barrels, 60% in new barrels and 40% in wine barrels
Tasting notes – Beautiful ruby color, dark and deep color, finely woody nose, notes of morello cherry, gourmand, full and balanced palate.
