Long post-fermentation maceration
under marc.
TASTING NOTES • Beautiful
ruby color. Nose of wild
strawberries and blackcurrants
revealing subtle floral notes. The
mouth is round and fruity with
notes of blackcurrant at the end of
the mouth.
FOOD PAIRINGS • Ideal with a
rack of roasted lamb, a stew of
poultry and grilled red meat or
succulent tomatoes stuffed with
quinoa and tofu.
