Wine information 

60% White Grenache, 35% Macabeu and a touch (5%) of Chardonnay.

Pale yellow with green tinges. Clear and bright. Pleasant intensity. Very fresh aroma of citrus, lemon peel, and exotic fruits like pineapple. Floral aromas (almond tree) appear and mineral notes from the characteristic terroir of D.O. Montsant. Wide and with volume, unctuos, intense, with a very balanced acidity, which provides a pleasant freshness. The aging on the lees and the French oak bring the unctuosity that reminds us of pastry butter. Bodied and persistent finish.

Best serving temperature between 10° and 12°C.
