CABERNET FRANC
Ruby red wine with violet reflections. On the nose there is a herbaceous note, typical of the vine, with aromas of blackberry, raspberry and the spicy scent of tobacco. In the mouth it is sapid, harmonious, with good structure, persistent, with a pleasantly tannic finish. It pairs well with red meat dishes and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C.
CHARDONNAY
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fruity (Golden Delicious apple), with hints of bread crust, acacia flowers, and almond. The flavour has excellent body, sapid, embracing in its balance. Excellent for the whole meal, with light appetizers, and with fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12° C.
