Made from 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes grown on clay-limestone soil in the Chieti wine region, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo D.O.P. in Italia. This native variety is one of the best Italian grapes and produces intense red wines. The grapes for this wine were harvested both mechanically and by hand. Subsequently, it was vinified using traditional methods and, already as a wine, aged to perfection for 12-16 months in barrique barrels. This wine has a beautiful cherry red color with a purple sheen, a typical wine-fruit aroma and a robust, full-bodied taste with tannins and red fruit flavors.
