In the hacienda of Juan José Mendez in Oaxaca (Mexico) Mezcal has been produced since 1875. The San Cosme Oaxaca Mexico Mezcal blanco 100 % Agave is also called “young” Mezcal, because it is not stored in barrels, but filled directly into bottles immediately after filtration.
Tasting notes:
Color: Clear.
Nose: Fresh, smoky, a hint of earth.
Taste: Agave, herbs, hints of caramel and wood.
Finish: Long lasting.
