VINIFICATION:
Aged on fine lees with periodic stirring for 8 to 10 months, plus 8 to 10 months of bottle aging. This is a wine with great aging potential.
AGRICULTURE AND VINIFICATION IN INTEGRATED PRODUCTION:
following the standards established by the Portuguese certification and control body CERTIS.
HARVEST:
Double manual selection and transport of grapes in 12 kg crates with total destemming.
FILTERING: Tangential Filter.
TEST RESULTS:
With a concentrated violet color, warm and intense notes of ripe black fruits and spices. Full-bodied, balanced acidity and well-presented, rounded tannins on the finish. Excellent accompaniment to game, lamb, and red meat dishes, among others.
