It is a wine that invites you to the table, it is very gastronomic. I recommend it to be drunk with a lagareiro-style octopus or an oven-roasted pork neck.
This wine has a ruby red color. On the nose there are notes of black fruit and wild fruit, resinous nuances, aromas of forest, moss, pine, “sous-bois” and a mentholated and fresh bushy touch. In the mouth it has a firm and defined attack, with the tannic structure immediately emerging, but with polished tannin, in a fresh, delicate and enveloping body. The aromatic complexity is confirmed in the mouth, complemented with some floral touches.
