Pass:One Nero d’Avola

It is red with a dense purple texture, complex and bright. It has a bouquet of impenetrable ruby red, red fruit, black cherry and almond jam on the nose. In the mouth it is full and balanced, with pleasant viscosity that balances the delicate astringency due to velvety tannins. Ideal with red meats cooked with fruit, liver, game, chocolate desserts, black cherry or berry tarts, cheeses with mustards or jams.

The vine variety is 100% Nero d’Avola. The grapes left to dry on the plant, after careful selection, are harvested in small boxes to preserve the integrity of the grapes, de-stemmed and crushed. The skins are left in contact with the must with their indigenous yeasts for 20 days at a constant temperature of 20 ° C.
