A very personal champagne
During the Sunday family meal, we used to share a “good bottle”: the cuvée of a winegrower friend, a family member, or some treasures unearthed in my father’s cellar.
Their common point: they were always non-dosed cuvées (therefore without the addition of dosage liqueur) and always disgorged at the last moment, in the courtyard.
So the discussions were going well, with everyone fixing their grain of salt: “it’s too young, we still have to wait”, “I would have added more Chardonnay”, or even “you should have taken the Lemblée plot”. .
Unforgettable moments of sharing, often animated, but always in joy and good humor. I hope it will accompany you too in your most beautiful moments.
The word of the oenologist
Light, fruity, fine bubbles, with a nice length in the mouth. I remember very pure vintages, full of elegance, with an obvious search for balance in the mouth and a beautiful aromatic length, without aggressiveness.
In short, beautiful discoveries and beautiful emotions!
For its blend, the choice fell on wines from a few selected plots (La Lemblée, Les Chopinottes, Val Champignat), always in this house spirit of flourishing champagnes, for a real invitation to go back in time.
